It would be fantastic if you could share with your Post 16 and careers leads, this is our most flexible programme capacity and eligibility wise so we would love to have as many of your students participating as possible. We would love to welcome your students onto this year’s programme. Tier 1 students may be eligible for the additional benefits of an enhanced contextual offer should they apply to the University of Nottingham, and the Nottingham Potential bursary should they become a student with us (restrictions apply so please visit our website for further details). All students will have the same access to sessions in the first year of the programme and have access to our online resources hub. Students will hear whether they have been successful in gaining a place on the programme by the end of December, they will also then be allocated to Tier 1 or Tier 2. In addition to this advice and guidance, some participants who meet additional criteria could also be eligible for additional benefits should they apply to the University of Nottingham. The programme runs from January of Year 12 (or Year 1 of a vocational course) and throughout Year 13 (Year 2).
